At BWIB we have created a village of businesswomen, just like you.

It’s our vision that everyone in business: whether you work for yourself, or for someone else, or maybe just want to find work, has a local supportive community to enable you. Behind every successful woman is a tribe – a tribe who cheers at your wins, picks you up through your challenges and share their collective talents to grow your business.

We run a number of different events from networking drinks evenings to sit down lunches where you can learn from an expert. We’re big on promoting our members and supporting their businesses where we can.

Our values are heart centred around friendliness, knowledge, growth and inclusivity. Inclusivity is our middle name and we believe that every female in business can have a seat at our table. Our vision is that there’s enough opportunity for success for us all in the Bayside area, should we choose to work together to enable this.
