What problems does your business solve? Health and wellness issues for women in Menopause

What’s something that you wish you had known before getting into business? How much time I would need to spend on social media, how many things I would have to do myself before I could afford to bring other people in, the different mindset associated to working for myself, how many new skills I would have to develop.

Tell us something about you that most people don’t know? I am a Wife, Mother of 4, Step-Mother of 3 and Grandmother of 14. I've lived in the Redlands since 1977 except for 7 years in Wagga with the AirForce. I completed my BSc(Psych) when I was 60 and I'm a Professional Counsellor and certified Life Coach. I retired from the 9 - 5 in March 2019 to work fulltime in building my Coaching practice. I recently appeared in a Qld episode of Millionaire Hot Seat where I got to talk to Eddie about my coaching......no money but some exposure because I was contacted by a lady who saw me on Hot Seat and obviouslty stalked me 🙂

She helps them create calm out of the chaos, reduce the stress and learn how to communicate their needs to their partners. Her programs, resources and courses help women better understand what’s happening and guides them to better health and wellbeing. Deborah has been through it all herself and knows firsthand how severe some of the symptoms can be, how it can affect body mind and spirit and how relationships can be impacted even damaged in a big way. She is passionate about mentoring women through the transition to enjoy better health, regain control and feel vibrant, embracing their new life in an holistic way

Other information you would like to share I love building relationships and creating solutions and happy spaces. I love things that are different and I have a quirky, fun side but also know when I need to be serious. I love that what you see is what you get with me.
