Caron the owner, specializes in careers, leadership and resilience and helps individuals, leaders and teams build sustainable strategies and lifelong habits in these areas, setting them up for future success. She specifically works with all types of mid-career professional women: whether they’re stuck, confused or uninspired – or on a mission to fast track your success and make a change. A result-oriented and lifelong learner, Caron is passionate about energizing women with the strategies and skills to draw out their true potential, to achieve more than they thought possible – from workplace to wellbeing. She does this through quality coaching, courses and consulting interventions that make a real impact for individuals and organizations.

What’s something that you wish you had known before getting into business? To be patient and that things take time and consistency to grow and the importance of having the right mindset.

Tell us something about you that most people don’t know? Born in Zimbabwe to English parents, grew up in New Zealand and now call Australia home.

Please provide your short business bio to be featured in our Membership Directory Caron has a strong track record of designing and implementing strategic development programs that assist organizations to improve performance, build great leaders and create a collaborative and productive culture that is inclusive of diversity and difference. In her corporate HR career, Caron worked across many industries such as IT, Banking and Mining often at times of economic uncertainty and so understands the commercial realities for companies and the importance of having engaged employees, visible and inclusive leadership and resilient teams to drive sustained performance and productivity outcomes. With a Masters in Organisation Psychology and many years of experience, Caron brings a range of tools and methodologies grounded in psychology, neuroscience and human resource to her coaching as well as the values of trust, authenticity, gratitude, curiosity and a deep desire to help people enhance their potential through living more purposeful and fulfilling lives. Caron is a wife and mum to two young children and after 15 years in corporate roles, started Enhanced Potential, her own coaching and consulting business to pursue the work she is passionate about and create the flexibility and lifestyle she strives for. She has been running her practice for the last 6 years and is on a mission through her brand Enhanced Potential to create a safe and supportive space where women can dig deep, be open, and recharge their careers by finding the clarity and confidence in what they want from work, step into leadership roles and live true to their purpose and share their potential with the world.
