What’s something that you wish you had known before getting into business? I wish I had known more about the range of online platforms and tools available to assist businesses with their start-up and provide ongoing support services.

Tell us something about you that most people don’t know? I served as a New Zealand Police Constable before qualifying as a lawyer and practicing as an Associate Solicitor, specialising in personal injury law in Queensland. I then moved into senior health and safety management roles in prominent private and public organisations. I have been a sole parent for the last 17 years, and working in management roles has enabled me to provide for my son.
